Sessions will be catered toward each individual's needs & requests and will encompass a blend of healing techniques including:

yoga postures and breath, somatic yoga, sound healing with crystal singing bowls, yoga nidra reiki energy healing, thai bodywork, essential oils, meditation and mindfulness techniques. Multiple sessions (packages) will include self-care "homework" for you to bring self-care practices into your every day life and create lasting health benefits. This may include short 15-30 minute yoga sequences, breathwork, or meditation techniques.

Single Session Investment: 

1 Healing Session       $148 


Package Investment: 

3 Healing Sessions      $333 ($ 111 discount)

Weekly Recurring 1x per week - $444 per month

*approx 90 minute sessions

* packages are paid in full in advance. 

* exchanges are welcomed (massage for healing session, etc. )

Who are private Yoga Therapy/Energy Healing sessions for?


Emily is a trained yoga therapist (MS Yoga Therapy from the Maryland Institute of Integrative Health) and has experience working with a wide range of clients.


From injury recovery, to physical disabilities, inflammatory diseases, mental disorders, as well as athletes and those just wanting to "deepen their practice. Yoga therapy and Energy Healing help restore the body and nervous system to a harmonious state of being, encouraging our body's own ability to heal.

About Me

I love to empower students through yoga, meditation, and movement; to discover what I discovered when I first began this yoga journey in 2008; that the physical body and mind are not separate but one and the same; that when the physical and mental are as one we unlock a deep healing power within.


I teach a spectrum of styles ranging from therapeutic somatic yoga and meditation to alignment based yoga, to challenging yoga "off-the-mat" classes that require you to dig deep and connect to your inner child.


The key is getting to know your own body physically, spiritually, and mentally and I see it as my role to help guide you on that journey. 

I am certified at the E-RYT 500 level and hold a Master of Science in Yoga Therapy from the Maryland Institute of Integrative Health. I trained in Reiki Level 1 & 2 with Jeanie Baker and currently am undergoing training for Reiki Master, Thai Yoga massage, and Sound Healing to be able to offer more healing modalities to you, my students.
