I am a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) with a Master of Science in Yoga Therapy and over 900 hours of YTT certifications ranging from the athletic, lighthearted & flowy styles of vinyasa, to therapeutic Somatic, to meditation, and Yoga Nidra.

For over 5 years I led teacher trainings for Charm City Yoga of Maryland as well as YogaWorks, certifying over 150 yoga teachers. 


I LOVE TEACHING YOGA!! And I especially love teaching one-on-one sessions, helping others to delve deeper into the healing aspects of Yoga, unlocking the keys to feeling good, radiant, and happy. Yoga is full spectrum health! Investing in Yoga exponentially boosts your wellbeing. It's a no-brainer. 


I believe in promoting balance in the body through Yin and Yang, hard and soft, action and rest, and above all, listening to the needs of the body and mind. There is a yoga practice for everyone. 


My diverse background enables me to help YOU cultivate a practice that works for YOU. 


The key is getting to know your own body physically, spiritually, and mentally and I see it as my role to help guide you on that journey.
